dc.description.abstract	Η παρακάτω διπλωματική εργασία θα ασχοληθεί με έννοιες και κανονισμούς που σχετίζονται με τα συστήματα εποπτείας των πλοίων. Γίνεται αναφορά του βασικού μέρους αυτών των συστημάτων, που είναι το Plc. Πραγματοποιείται η περιγραφή της έννοιας , γίνεται ιστορική αναδρομή και μνεία σε παρόμοιες εφαρμογές του σε βιομηχανία. Παράλληλα γίνεται η επεξήγηση συγκεκριμένων υπολογιστών ή οθονών αφής και Scada. Επίσης αναλύεται η έννοια του Monitoring και περιγράφεται η ιστορική αναδρομή αυτού. Έπειτα αναλύονται ορισμοί οι διεθνείς κανονισμοί (MarPol “Marine Pollution” & Solas “Safety Of Life At Sea”) που πρέπει να τηρούνται με σκοπό την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος, της ανθρώπινης ζωής αλλά και της σωστής λειτουργίας τέτοιων συστημάτων. Ακολούθως περιγράφονται οι επιθεωρήσεις των πλοίων που γίνονται από ανεξάρτητους φορείς. Γίνεται επιπλέον αναφορά και επεξήγηση των συστημάτων εποπτείας. Τα συστήματα που αναφέρονται είναι τα εξής :, Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System (υπάρχει κοινό σε όλα τα είδη πλοίων), Incinerator System (το οποίο είναι κοινό σε όλα τα πλοία και ονομάζεται αποτεφρωτής) και το Air-condition Refrigeration ( η μονάδα ψύξης) . Εν κατακλείδι, συνοψίζονται τα συμπεράσματα της εργασίας και γίνεται η αναφορά των βιβλιογραφικών πηγών που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	The following thesis will deal with concepts and regulations related to ship surveillance systems. Reference is made to the basic part of these systems, which is Plc (Programmable Logical Controller). Its concept is described, a historical reference is made, and similar applications are referred to industry. At the same time, specific computers or touch screens and Scada are mentioned and illustrated. It also analyzes the concept of Monitoring and describes its historical background. The international regulations (MarPol "Marine Pollution" & Solas "Safety of Life At Sea") and definitions are analyzed which must be observed in order to protect the environment, human life and the proper functioning of such systems. The following describes the inspections of ships carried out by independent operators. Supervisory systems are also mentioned and explained. The systems listed are: Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System (common to all types of ships), Incinerator System (common to all type of ships) and Air Condition Refrigeration (common to all type of ships). In conclusion, the conclusions of the work are summarized and the bibliographical sources used are mentioned.	el
