dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αναφέρεται στην εφαρμογή του Internet of Things στη βιομηχανία και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην βιομηχανία τροφίμων. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να αναλύσει τα οφέλη που μπορεί να προσφέρει η συγκεκριμένη τεχνολογία στην βελτιστοποίηση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας. Θα αναλυθούν τα προβλήματα που υπάρχουν σήμερα στην βιομηχανία και θα δοθούν λύσεις μέσω του ΙοΤΗ παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει και πρακτικό μέρος το οποίο κάνει καταγραφή των δεδομένων μιας συσκευαστικής γραμμής παραγωγής.	el
