Abstract
This thesis is based on the theory of the triple constraint (cost, time, quality)
for measuring project success and its inability to explain all cases of success/fail
projects. In order to present and apply a new and extended model incorporating the
extra parameter of the key stakeholders’ satisfaction, research was conducted using
both theoretical analysis and qualitative data taken from a specific working
environment (Geodyktio company). In addition the Balanced Scorecard, that is a
Project Management tool, was used in order to identify project success criteria. We
hope to be able to extend our research in the future and contribute to a more clear
theory of project success.
