dc.description.abstract	This thesis seeks to understand the organizational culture of organizations and more specific of nongovernmental organizations all over the world. It is identified the differences and why those exist between NGOs and commercials companies and how those different characteristics can be managed in order to conduct a project with successful results. Also, it will be focused on the appropriate voluntary leadership among those organizations and how this can be effective.	el
