| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, παρουσιάζεται μια τεχνοοικονομική προμελέτη με θέμα την εγκατάσταση ενός υπεράκτιου αιολικού πάρκου στον δήμο Καρύστου του νομού Ευβοίας. Κύριος σκοπός της εργασίας είναι ο υπολογισμός του κόστους κατασκευής και της παραγωγής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας του πάρκου αυτού. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο τονίζεται η ιστορία και η εξέλιξη της αιολικής ενέργειας σε υπεράκτιο αιολικό πάρκο. Παρουσιάζονται τόσο τα πλεονεκτήματα όσο και τα μειονεκτήματα της κατασκευής και λειτουργίας αυτής της ανανεώσιμης πηγής ενέργειας. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναλύονται οι τρόποι υπολογισμού των διαφόρων μεγεθών της ανεμογεννήτριας, όπως επίσης και τα είδη τα οποία υπάρχουν. Επιπλέον, γίνεται αναφορά στα λειτουργικά και δομικά μέρη της ανεμογεννήτριας οριζοντίου άξονα, εφόσον ο συγκεκριμένος τύπος θα χρησιμοποιηθεί για τη μελέτη του έργου αυτού. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναλυτική περιγραφή για την εξέλιξη της υπεράκτιας τεχνολογίας και επισημαίνονται τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματα της εφαρμογής της. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφεται η νομοθεσία που ισχύει στη Ελλάδα για την υπεράκτια τεχνολογία και επίσης θα αναφερθούν οι διαδικασίες για την αδειοδότηση του. Τέλος, στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η μελέτη του αιολικού πάρκου στον θαλάσσιο χώρο του δήμου Καρύστου. Παράλληλα, γίνεται αναφορά όλων των ζωτικών στοιχείων, τα οποία χρειάζονται ώστε να υλοποιηθεί η τεχνοοικονομική μελέτη για την κατασκευή και συντήρηση του υπεράκτιου αιολικού πάρκου. Με την χρήση του λογισμικού RETscreen θα υπολογίσουμε τα κατασκευαστικά και ενεργειακά κόστη για την τεχνοοικονομική μελέτη του υπεράκτιου αιολικού πάρκου. | el |

| dc.description.abstracttranslated | In this thesis, is presented a techno-economic premeditation and includes as a subject the installation of an offshore wind-energy park at the area of Karystos. The main purpose of this thesis is the estimation of the cost about the construction and the production of electric energy of this park. In the first chapter it is emphasized the history and the development of the wind-energy in an offshore wind park. There are introduced the advantages and the disadvantages of the construction and the function of this renewable energy source. In the second chapter are analyzed the methods of calculation of a wind turbine’s different sizes and as well as the varied types which exist. Furthermore, reference is made about the functional and structural parts of a horizontal axis wind turbine, provided that this particular type will be utilized for the study about this work. In the third chapter an analytical description is made, concerning the evolution of the offshore technology and are pointed out the benefits and the disadvantages of its use as well. In the fourth chapter is described the legislation, which is valid in Greece and it is related to the offshore technology. Also, will be referred the processes of its licensing. In conclusion, in the fifth chapter it is presented the study about the wind park of township Karystos’s sea room. In addition to, a reference is made about all the vital elements, that are needed so that the techno-economical study can be implemented in order to construct and maintain the offshore wind park. With the use of software, named Retscreen we will calculate the constructional and the energy costs of the technoeconomic study of the offshore wind park. | el |
