Communication management in projects - Focus on public sector

Abstract

This thesis seeks to understand the Communication Management focusing on the public sector. It identifies problems which occur in the Communication management in the public sector or in general in an organization. This thesis analyzes how we can make a project successful with a Communication Manage. The Communication manager’s success depends on the technique, expertise or know-how and also on his ability to inspire the project group. A very important part of the manager’s role is related to the communication tools and techniques used throughout the project, object that will be analyzed in the present thesis.
